Research Phase: short of purchasing a $10K+ report, we will research and aggregate the information into a convincing report with detailed charts to support the data. This phase will start with 6 hours of research, but may end up requiring additional hours. Should we pass 6 hours of research, we will continue up to 12 hours, but will not proceed beyond 12 hours without additional permission. Initial payment: $900
