20 pt Frosted Plastic
Semi-transparent cards provide a unique, slightly textured, and cloudy look to them. Not only are they water and tear-resistant, but they also are incredibly durable
20 pt White Plastic
These plastic cards are printed on durable 20PT plastic that's slightly thinner than your standard credit card. Water-resistant and tear-resistant, making them a unique business card option.
20 pt Clear Plastic
Whether you call them clear or transparent business cards, they will surely grab people's attention. Unique and durable since they are printed on 20PT plastic.
Rounded Corners
All our plastic cards come with rounded corners to give them a softer and finished look. All rounded corners include a 0.125" corner radius.

Select Card Size
Start by selecting the desired size from 1 of 2 popular sizes for your new business card.
Style or Custom
Determines the design level and number of revisions included. See Style versus Custom below
Sets of Cards
Pick the number of employees that you would like to have business cards setup for.
Printing
For Printing, select the plastic finish and related options. Finally choose the quantity and number of sets you need.
Place Order
The final step is to add the design and number of sets to print to your cart. Note that some quantities may be changed in the cart.
Style Layout versus Full Custom
Style Layout Design
Choose a Style Layout for a uniform and striking design result.
Choosing from one of ten styles gets you started with the aesthetics that fits your brand while keeping your budget lower. We may make minor modifications to make sure that your new design is just right. Not sure which Style to select, choose "Select Later" and discuss with your designer.
Full Custom Design
Start from scratch without a style layout for a truly unique result.
Choosing "Full Custom" completely opens the door to a truly unique result. Our design team will discuss with you the direction of the aesthetics and gather your thoughts before creating your one-of-a-kind project.

Style Layout Design Process
Project Setup
After your order is placed, we will setup your project, assign a designer, and add your project to our schedule. You will receive an email with details on the next step. You can also login into My Projects to view your projects status and progress.
Connect With Designer
Your designer will reach out to request details to include on your business cards including your logo (vector files preferred), address, names, and other contact details.
Initial Proof
Your designer will layout a proof based on the selected style, logo colors, after receiving all the requested information. This inital proof is also considered your first proof as Revision A.
2 Minor Revisions
Review your initial proof and provide us with any minor updates, such as text, contact, and color updates. Changes to the layout will be considered a major revision and will convert the project to a Full Custom Design.
Design Approval
Once your business card(s) design is completed to your satisfaction, we ask you to carefully review all the details and then approve the design for printing. (Additional revisions are available for purchase on an hourly basis if needed).
Printing (Optional)
Finally your business card(s) will be sent to printing if purchased.

Full Custom Design Process

Your designer will reach out to setup a creative brief call where you will be able to discuss your vision and preference. We request that you email your designer details including your logo (vector files preferred), address, names, and other contact details.Â
Initial Proof
Your designer will layout a proof based on the creative brief and project notes, after having received all the requested information. This inital proof is also considered your first proof as Revision A.
3 Revisions
Review your initial proof and provide us with any changes and updates. With the Full Custom Design, we include 3 major revisions to refine the design, layout, text and contact final updates.
Design Approval
Once your business card(s) design is completed to your satisfaction, we ask you to carefully review all the details and then approve the design for printing. (Additional revisions are available for purchase on an hourly basis if needed).

Finally your business card(s) will be sent to printing if purchased.
